good amenities but limited room cleaning
The superior king room featured a spacious layout with a large desk, which was great for working. I appreciated the presence of a mini fridge and microwave, making it easy to store and heat my snacks.

perfect spot for city walks and park visits
My stay was enjoyable as I had quick access to nearby parks like Mabel Davis District Park for morning strolls and the vibrant atmosphere of Town Lake just a bit further away for sunset views, adding a lovely touch to my weekends here. though the pool was a nice perk, the parking area could use better lighting for a more welcoming feel after dark.

Just a fitting option for a swift visit in Austin with great value-to-price ratio. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the rooms smelling good, which was unexpected. If you need extra power outlets, bring a power strip just in case.

The stay was great with a comfy bed and a good-sized shower. I loved the free coffee in the morning! I enjoyed chilling by the heated pool and lounging on the sunbeds during my downtime. Just a heads up, the hallway had a bit of an odd smell, but it didn’t ruin my time at all. 😊

missingWrote a review on Aug 06spacious roomsnice poolcomfortable beddingmaintenance issues
Decent-sized rooms with comfortable bedding made for restful nights after long days. The facilities include a pool that, while located under trees, kept cool and made for a refreshing break from the Texas heat.
Several power outlets in the room didn’t work, making it tricky to plug in devices. The method to access the microwave and mini-fridge power was convoluted—requiring removal of a drawer. Additionally, an overpowering artificial scent hit me as soon as I stepped in, which wasn't a pleasant welcome. I also found hair and debris in the bathroom that made me question the cleanliness standards. Maintenance issues included a broken deadbolt and a peeling toilet seat, which further detracted from the experience.

The staff provided an impressive level of professionalism, especially Sandy at the front desk, who was welcoming and informative. However, the room showed significant maintenance issues, including a sagging door, stained carpet, and poor shower drainage. These concerns detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay, despite the overall cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff.

We enjoyed heading to a live show at the Palmer Auditorium and exploring the local area. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Just a heads up for future guests—bring a power strip if you're using electronics, as some outlets can be tricky to find. Overall, great spot for a group getaway!
One issue we faced was the limited power outlets in our room. It made it a bit difficult to set up our gaming consoles and stuff—so make sure you come prepared with extra gear if you plan on using electronics.

Location was close to downtown. The air conditioning in the room was noisy at night. Staff offered quick service. Room cleanliness could use improvement, but overall decent experience for the price.

Fantastic staff and convenient location
My stay was delightful, mainly due to the exceptional customer service I received, especially from Sandy who made me feel very welcome. The hotel is situated close to downtown, making it easy to explore Austin's attractions. However, I wish there were more power outlets in the room for charging devices.
